Airtime For Professionals Version 3 Released

Silver Spring, MD. – (Business Wire) – January 26, 2006 - AIRTIME-Manager® today released its A4P® Version 3 for BlackBerry® devices. The greatly-enhanced, productivity application simply enables mobile professionals to capture more revenue with less effort. The A4P Version 3 release builds on patent-pending technology that posts wireless calls and emails to a firm’s accounting system in as little as one click on the handheld device. Airtime CEO Jerry Fenzel elaborates: “Attorneys, accountants and professional consultants do not enter their field for the sheer pleasure of timekeeping. However, the billable hour is a fact of life, and is in fact the lifeblood and currency of these professions. Our mission is to make the task of mobile timekeeping as painless as possible while driving up revenues for the practitioner and for the firm.”

Its predecessor, A4P Version 2 introduced time-saving features such as “Matter Memory”, a feature that remembers the association between a client contact and a chronology of previously-billed matters. The “Accumulation” feature silently tracks a series of shorter events until a significant billing threshold is reached.

A4P Version 3 builds on these themes with additional convenience features:

“Favorites” incorporates a dynamic list of each timekeeper’s open caseload that is both learned through usage and automatically updated via the firm’s time entry system.

“Do Not Disturb” lets the user exempt personal contacts from being tracked.

“Zero Configuration” option is designed to automatically establish and enforce group policies across large rollouts.

“It’s been thrilling to watch the rapid evolution of A4P from the baseline of features we thought important through two major feature releases that have been 100% client-driven,” continued Fenzel. “I have no doubt that 2006 is going to be a breakout year for us.”

A4P Version 3 also introduces automated group configuration management.
